During a fireside chat at East Africa Com 2021, Bloomberg News Ethiopia correspondent Samuel Gebre spoke to Brook Taye, senior advisor to the Ethiopian Ministry of Finance, about the country's current telecoms liberalization. Taye gave some new details on the process to grant two new licenses in the country and the current status of Ethio Telecom's part-privatization plan.
