During a fireside chat at the 2020 Africa Tech Festival, Mariam Tendou Kamara, founder and MD of Baantou and MadameDigital, spoke to Sahar Antar, commercial director for MEA at Mondia Pay, and Claudine Gakundi, Kenya country manager at Lipa Later, about the payment ecosystem in Africa. In addition, they discussed moving beyond just payments on mobile money platforms like M-Pesa to new payment gateways and a frictionless mobile infrastructure.
